Leadership needs interpretation, not another stream of updates.

The field changes faster than normal planning cycles, but not every release deserves company attention. Without a place to interpret what changed, leaders can chase announcements, defer necessary choices, or let policy and investment form in fragments.

The room is for people carrying company-wide decisions.

It is for people responsible for adoption, investment, policy, risk, organizational readiness, or where AI belongs in company strategy. Fit follows the decisions someone carries, not title alone.

It is not for passive attendance, vendor pitches, or performing technical certainty. Members bring real questions, listen closely, and contribute experience.

What you get from the room each month.

Each month gives you a regular source of signal, interpretation, and candid questions.

  • The news that matters, without the noise

A concise Executive AI Brief filters current developments for leaders making company-wide decisions.

  • An interpretation of what materially changed

Cristina and Mark explain why a development deserves attention—or why it can wait.

  • Answers to the questions you are carrying

Submit a question privately or bring it into the discussion. The room works through it in the context of the month's subject.

  • The questions other leaders are asking

Hear where other leaders are uncertain, what they are watching, and which consequences they see from where they sit.

The monthly rhythm

Each month begins with what materially changed.

Cristina and Mark open with the developments that matter to company leadership and explain why. Member questions shape the discussion. The room closes by distinguishing present decisions from issues that can wait.

One subject is discussed at two times each month. Members may join either session or both; the balance between interpretation and discussion follows the subject and the room.

Sessions are confidential, unrecorded, and free of sales pitches. Members may submit questions privately and do not need the right vocabulary or a polished position.

Questions in the room

The forum works on the questions leaders cannot resolve from headlines.

Members may bring questions such as:

  • What changed enough to deserve leadership attention?
  • Where should the company invest now, and where should it wait?
  • Which forms of AI use need policy, permission, or clearer ownership?

Find out whether the room fits the decisions you carry.
